Cut the chicken breasts into pieces to make mixing easier.
Chop the onion and garlic clove.
Add salt, pepper, chilli and paprika.
With a blender, food processor or hand blender, mix everything.
To keep a good texture don't completely reduce the mixture to mash, keep small pieces of chicken.
Put a drop of oil in the palm of your hand and form the sticks.
Insert a piece of mozzarella and close the stick.
In a bowl whisk the egg into an omelette.
In another bowl add the breadcrumbs.
First, place the stick in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.
In a deep fryer or large pan filled with hot oil, fry the sticks until golden.
Place them on a plate covered with paper towel to absorb the oil and enjoy!
