Pico de gallo

 4 big tomatoes
 2 green chili ou jalapenos
 2 red onions
 1 lime
 5 bunchs of cilantro
 salt

Cut the tomatoes into small dice and add them to a bowl with salt to remove as much water as possible.

In another bowl, combine finely chopped onions, chillies, cilantro, lemon juice, salt, and diced tomatoes without the water.

Add a few cilantro leaves on top for presentation.
You can enjoy as a starter with tortilla chips or as a side dish
