\/>\nCouvrez le tout d&rsquo;eau ti\u00e8de, laissez agir la levure 4-5 minutes.<br \/>\nLa levure sera active lorsque le m\u00e9lange fera des bulles \u00e0 la surface.<br \/>\nAjoutez les 2 cas d&rsquo;huile.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Dans le bol du robot (ou bol simple si vous le faites \u00e0 la main), m\u00e9langez la farine, le reste de sucre, et la levure chimique.<br \/>\nAjoutez la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et p\u00e9trissez bien jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nTestez sa tenue en enfon\u00e7ant le doigt, si il y a une empreinte et qu&rsquo;elle disparait doucement, la p\u00e2te est pr\u00eate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Transf\u00e9rez la pate dans un bol l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9, couvrez avec un film alimentaire et laissez reposez au moins 1h30 dans un endroit temp\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un four non allum\u00e9.<br \/>\nPendant ce temps, vous class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>D\u00e9posez la p\u00e2te qui a doubl\u00e9 de volume sur le plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9 et \u00e9taler la pate (\u00e0 environ 4mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur), utilisez un cercle \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie d4environ 10cm de diam\u00e8tre ou un petit bol pour d\u00e9couper les bao buns et pliez les.<br \/>\nSi vous fa\u00e7onnez la pate en plusieurs fois, couvrez le reste avec le film pour ne pas ass\u00e9cher la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Faites bouillir de l&rsquo;eau et du vinaigre dans la casserole sur laquelle vous allez d\u00e9poser le panier vapeur (peut fonctionner avec une couscoussi\u00e8re).<br \/>\nD\u00e9coupez du papier cuisson pour chaque bao buns et d\u00e9posez ces derniers dessus avant de les mettre dans le panier.<br \/>\nFaites cuire pendant 8-10 minutes, class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Dans un bol m\u00e9langez la sauce soja, huitre, l&rsquo;huile, le sel, gingembre, miel, l&rsquo;ail et les cacahu\u00e8tes grossi\u00e8rement hach\u00e9es.<br \/>\nAjoutez les morceaux de poulet et laissez 30 min au frais si vous avez le temps.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale faites chauffer 1 c-\u00e0-s d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same et faites cuire le poulet sans y toucher, 2-3 minutes de chaque couper finement les radis.<br \/>\nAssemblez les bao buns avec la quantit\u00e9 de garniture que vous souhaitez pour chaque pain et ajoutez la
