sulfuris\u00e9 d\u00e9posez-le dans le fond d&rsquo;un panier vapeur ou d&rsquo;un couscoussier.<br \/>\nD\u00e9posez-y le riz, placez le panier au dessus d&rsquo;une casserole \u00e0 moiti\u00e9 remplie d&rsquo;eau bouillante couvrez et laissez cuire 25 \u00e0 30 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Dans une casserole, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le lait de coco le sucre le sel et les graines de vanille r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 de la gousse ainsi que la class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Retirez la gousse de vanille et versez le lait sur le riz, m\u00e9langez et laisser reposer au moins 20 minutes pour que le riz absorbe le data-step=\"\u00c9tape 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Dans un bouilloire, faites chauffer 250 ml d&rsquo;eau et faites-y infuser les feuilles de menthe et le jus de citron le sucre en poudre et l&rsquo;agar-agar, m\u00e9langez bien et portez le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br \/>\nLaissez cuire pendant 2 minutes, laissez ti\u00e9dir et placez la pr\u00e9paration dans le fois fig\u00e9e, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un mixeur, mixer la pr\u00e9paration afin d&rsquo;obtenir un gel fluide.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Suggestion de dressage : Remplissez un emporte-pi\u00e8ce rond avec le riz.<br \/>\nPour la rose de mangue d\u00e9coupez les 2 joues de mangue puis tranchez des fines de lamelles dans le sens de la longueur, d\u00e9posez une par une sur le riz en partant du centre pour former la rose.<br \/>\nParsemez le dessus de graines de
