l\u00e9g\u00e8rement mouill\u00e9.<br \/>\nFaites plusieurs entailles sur la longueur du kombu pour lib\u00e9rer la saveur dans le bouillon.<br \/>\nTrempez le kombu dans les 500 ml d&rsquo;eau commence arrive \u00e0 \u00e9bullition.<br \/>\nAjoutez le bonite puis portez de nouveau, doucement, \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et retirez du feu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div filtrez le bouillon avec une passoire tapiss\u00e9e de papier absorbant ou un filtre \u00e0 caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Ravioles translucides de crevettes<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Hachez l&rsquo;ail et 2 tiges d&rsquo;oignons verts, coupez les crevettes en morceaux.<br \/>\nFaites chauffer les 2 cuill\u00e8res d&rsquo;huile dans une po\u00eale ajoutez l&rsquo;ail, l&rsquo;oignon vert et les crevettes et laissez cuire 2 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Faites bouillir l&rsquo;eau.<br \/>\nDans un bol m\u00e9langez la farine et le sel <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Versez l&rsquo;eau bouillie en 4 fois en m\u00e9langeant entre chaque versement \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une cuill\u00e8re en bois pour former la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\nLaisser ti\u00e9dir avant de p\u00e9trir la p\u00e2te.<br \/>\nLa p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre souple si elle est trop seche une fois ti\u00e8de rajouter petit \u00e0 petit un peu p\u00e2te en 4 et formez des boudins.<br \/>\nD\u00e9couper des petites portions pour former les ravioles (attention la pate gonfle un peu \u00e0 la cuisson) roulez les portions en boule et aplatissez-les en disque.<br \/>\nD\u00e9poser une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de farce de crevettes et pliez d\u00e9licatement la raviole pour sceller.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" sortez les ravioles et plongez-les dans l&rsquo;eau
