d&rsquo;avoir pass\u00e9 l&rsquo;hibiscus \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau froide avant utilisation.<br \/>\nA feu doux, m\u00e9langez et portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition l&rsquo;eau, les \u00e9pluchures de rhubarbe, l&rsquo;hibiscus et le sucre.<br \/>\nAjoutez hors du feu, les morceaux de rhubarbe, couvrez et laissez infuser au moins 1h.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Fond de tarte et cr\u00e8me patissi\u00e8re<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pr\u00e9chauffez le four \u00e0 180\u00b0C. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 4\">\n<div froid et incorporez du bout des doigts jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance de sable.<br \/>\nAjoutez l&rsquo;\u0153uf, incorporez sans trop manipuler la p\u00e2te et formez une boule.<br \/>\nFilmez et mettez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 2 h.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Farinez l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le plan de travail et \u00e9talez la pate \u00e0 environ 3mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur.<br \/>\nD\u00e9poser la pate sur le moule, foncez la p\u00e2te et enlevez l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dant sur les bords \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un couteau.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Ajoutez une feuille de cuisson sur la p\u00e2te et d\u00e9posez des billes d&rsquo;argiles ou des haricots secs pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te l\u00e8ve. Si vous n&rsquo;avez rien de tout \u00e7a, piquez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 plusieurs endroits avec une fourchette.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Enfournez pendant environ 30 min, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le bord soit dor\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pendant ce temps, portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition le lait et la gousse de vanille fendue.<br \/>\nFouettez les jaunes d&rsquo;\u0153ufs et le sucre jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange blanchisse.<br \/>\nAjoutez la farine tamis\u00e9e et fouettez \u00e0 nouveau.<br \/>\nVersez la moiti\u00e9 du lait chaud sur la pr\u00e9paration.<br \/>\nReversez le tout dans la casserole contenant l&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 du lait.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 9\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>A feu doux, fouettez constamment la pr\u00e9paration jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance \u00e9paisse (environ 3 min).<br \/>\nLaissez refroidir et r\u00e9partissez sur la base de tarte elle aussi refroidi<br \/>\nEgouttez la rhubarbe et disposez les morceaux sur la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 10\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Suggestion de dressage : Pour une pr\u00e9sentation graphique comme sur les photos, je vous conseille de tracer le dessin dans un moule vide et transf\u00e9rer sur la tarte une fois que tout est cas\u00e9.
