c\u00f4t\u00e9.<br \/>\nEn inclinant la po\u00eale, faites fondre 2 noisettes de beurre sur le cot\u00e9 et arrosez \u00e0 plusieurs reprises le pav\u00e9 du beurre fondu pour une viande juteuse.<br \/>\nCuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la cuisson d\u00e9sir\u00e9e et ajoutez du poivre.<br \/>\nLaissez reposez au moins 5 min.<\/p>\n<p>Pour un meilleur contr\u00f4le de la cuisson de la viande, placez un thermom\u00e8tre au centre de la viande (50-52\u00b0 pour une cuisson saignante, 53 \u00e0 58\u00b0 pour une cuisson ros\u00e9\/bleue et au del\u00e0 pour une cuisson bien cuite).<br \/>\nSi vous n&rsquo;avez pas de thermom\u00e8tre, appuyez sur la viande, pour une cuisson bleue la viande ne doit pas pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div aux oignons verts.
