Keep the oil in the fridge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Boil lightely salted water and cook asparagus for 3 min, immerse it immediately in ice water to stop cooking.
