3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Dans une casserole ajoutez la cr\u00e8me liquide et l&rsquo;hibiscus.<br \/>\nFaites chauffer sans faire bouillir pour extraire l&rsquo;essence de l&rsquo;hibiscus.<br \/>\nM\u00e9langez, filtrez la cr\u00e8me \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une petite passoire et laissez refroidir<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction \/>\nHors du feu, ajoutez le beurre m\u00e9langez, ajoutez la cr\u00e8me et m\u00e9langez \u00e0 nouveau.<br \/>\nRepassez le caramel \u00e0 feu doux pendant 4 min et laissez refroidir pour cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Coupez l&rsquo;ananas en petits morceaux.<br \/>\nDans une po\u00eale faites le beurre, ajoutez le sucre et l&rsquo;ananas puis m\u00e9langez.<br \/>\nCouvrez et laissez cuire \u00e0 feu moyen jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le jus d&rsquo;ananas s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore (10-15min) en m\u00e9langeant de temps en data-step=\"\u00c9tape 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Etalez la p\u00e2te sur une \u00e9paisseur d&rsquo;1 cm, \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un emporte pi\u00e8ce l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus gros que vos moules d\u00e9coupez des cercles.<br \/>\nDans les petits moules, commencez par ajouter l&rsquo;ananas, une cac de caramel puis la p\u00e2te en enfon\u00e7ant bien les rebords pour seller
