sucre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Dans un r\u00e9cipient, m\u00e9langez 1\/2 c-\u00e0-s de sucre et la levure.<br \/>\nSuivez les instructions sur l&#8217;emballage de la levure et ajoutez y 2 c\u00e0s d&rsquo;huile<br \/>\nAjoutez \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et p\u00e9trissez bien jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te homog\u00e8ne.<br \/>\nTestez sa tenue en enfon\u00e7ant le doigt, si il y a une empreinte et qu&rsquo;elle disparait doucement, la p\u00e2te est pr\u00eate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Transf\u00e9rez la pate dans un bol l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9, couvrez avec un film alimentaire et laissez reposez au moins 1h30 dans un endroit temp\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un four non allum\u00e9.<br \/>\nPendant ce temps, vous pouvez avancer en pr\u00e9parant la confiture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Coupez la mangue en petits d\u00e9s, ajoutez-les dans une casserole avec 120g de sucre, le jus de citron (r\u00e9cup\u00e9rez le zeste au pr\u00e9alable) et le piment.<br \/>\nFaites cuire \u00e0 feu doux en m\u00e9langeant souvent, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;eau de la mangue s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore et l&rsquo;aspect de compote, laissez refroidir.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>D\u00e9posez la p\u00e2te qui a doubl\u00e9 de volume sur le plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement farin\u00e9 et \u00e9talez la p\u00e2te (\u00e0 environ 4mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur), utilisez un cercle \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie d&rsquo;environ 10cm de diam\u00e8tre ou un petit bol pour d\u00e9couper les bao buns et pliez les.<br \/>\nSi vous fa\u00e7onnez la p\u00e2te en plusieurs fois, couvrez le reste avec le film pour ne pas ass\u00e9cher la p\u00e2te.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Faites bouillir de l&rsquo;eau et du vinaigre dans la casserole sur laquelle vous allez d\u00e9poser le panier vapeur (peut fonctionner avec une couscoussier).<br \/>\nD\u00e9coupez du papier cuisson dans le fond du panier et ajoutez les bao buns.<br \/>\nFaites cuire pendant 8-10 minutes, laissez
