class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Hachez le chou, les crevettes, les 4 ciboules (gardez le 5e pour la pr\u00e9sentation) et versez le tout dans un saladier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Etape 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Y ajouter le piment, le sel, la sauce soja, 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same, l&rsquo;ail hach\u00e9, le gingembre et m\u00e9langez.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Etape 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>D\u00e9posez la garniture au centre sans toucher les bords.<br \/>\nHumidifiez avec un peu d&rsquo;eau, les bords pour une meilleure adh\u00e9sion.<br \/>\nPliez la p\u00e2te pour former le gyoza (exemple de pliage sur l&rsquo;IGTV de Cooknvibe) <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Etape 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Dans une po\u00eale, faites chauffer 2 cas d&rsquo;huile de s\u00e9same et d\u00e9posez-y les gyozas \u00e0 feu moyen, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que le dessous prenne une couleur dor\u00e9e (environ 2 minutes).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Etape 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Ajoutez assez d&rsquo;eau pour recouvrir le fond de la po\u00eale (environ 3mm), couvrez et laissez cuire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;eau s&rsquo;\u00e9vapore.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"Etape 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Disposez les gyozas dans une assiette.
