water to boil.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Meanwhile, remove the green leaves from the leeks and cut the stems in half.<br \/>\nSlice the sections lengthwise to the centre of the leek.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cook it for 2 minutes in boiling water, put them in cold water to stop cooking.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the chicken spoonful of chicken on the bottom right corner of the leaf.<br \/>\nFold the corner towards the left edge of the sheet to form a triangle and bring the triangle upwards and fold to the right edge.<br \/>\nUsing a pair of scissors or a knife to cut off the excess leek that could protrude from the triangle.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\"
