2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Whisk the egg whites and salt to form stiff peaks.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, in a saucepan add the lychee puree, powdered sugar and Agar-agar.<br \/>\nMix well, over medium heat, bring to a boil until the syrup reaches 121\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Gently add the hot syrup in a thin stream to make the Italian meringue.<br \/>\nBeat until the mixture has cooled and is firm.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place parchment paper in a pan, mix the icing sugar and cornstarch and cover the pan with half of it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Pour the marshmallow and spread well over the entire surface, you can add dye for more color, using a toothpick draw random curves for a marbled effect.<br \/>\nCover with the other half of the cornstarch-icing sugar mix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, at best overnight.<br \/>\nCut into the shape that suits you, for an easy cut, cover the knife or cookie cutter in the residue of cornstarch-icing sugar
