l&rsquo;eau sal\u00e9e.<br \/>\nPendant ce temps, \u00e9pluchez la courge, retirez les graines et les filaments avec une cuill\u00e8re et coupez en 6 morceaux.<br \/>\nFaites cuire au moins 25 minutes, pour v\u00e9rifier la cuisson, passez un couteau dans la chair, elle doit y rentrer sans r\u00e9sistance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Egouttez la courge et versez dans un saladier.<br \/>\nAjoutez-y la ricotta, le cumin, la muscade, le sel et le lorsqu&rsquo;il y a un peu de fum\u00e9e, d\u00e9posez-y les filets par 2 (pour avoir de l&rsquo;espace et bien dorer) et laissez cuire sans toucher.<br \/>\nAu bout de 3-4 minutes retournez le filet deux, dans le sens de la longueur.<br \/>\nDans la m\u00eame po\u00eale que celle du poulet, ajoutez 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile et faites chauffer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div
