with ricotta<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 1\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>In a saucepan boil salted water.<br \/>\nMeanwhile, peel the squash, remove the seeds and filaments with a spoon and cut into 6 pieces.<br \/>\nCook for at least 25 minutes, to check the cooking, pass a knife in the flesh, it must enter without resistance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 2\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Drain the squash and pour into a bowl.<br \/>\nAdd ricotta, cumin, nutmeg, salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 3\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Using a hand blender, mix well to obtain a smooth puree.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Golden brown chicken<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 4\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Cover each side of the chicken with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 5\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil, when there is a little bit of smoke, place the chicken by 2 (to have space and brown well) and cook without touching.<br \/>\nAfter 3-4 minutes turn the chicken over and cook for 3-4 minutes as well.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 6\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Let the chicken rest for 5min before cutting them, it will hold the juice.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-heading\">Caramelized shallots and broccoli<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 7\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Peel and cut the shallots in half lengthwise.<br \/>\nIn the same pan as the chicken, add 2 tablespoons of oil and let it heat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"cooked-single-direction cooked-direction\" data-step=\"\u00c9tape 8\">\n<div class=\"cooked-dir-content\">\n<p>Place shallot with broccoli in the hot oil.<br \/>\nAdd 4 tbsp of balsamic vinegar (watch out for splashes) cover and pass over low heat.<br \/>\nAfter 5 minutes turn them over and cook for another 5 minutes.<br \/>\nSeason with salt and pepper to your
