Ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 car elle est facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser mais surtout car la chapelure utilis\u00e9 permet une panure croustillante et tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Tout ceci grace au Panko, chapelure souvent utilis\u00e9e dans la cuisine japonaise et logiquement utilis\u00e9 pour cette recette de poulet originaire du m\u00eame pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce plat est en heureux m\u00e9nage avec une sauce aigre-douce qui permet d&rsquo;atteindre les 5 saveurs en combinaison du poulet. Cette sauce est aussi utilis\u00e9e pour un plat du m\u00eame nom (Tonkatsu) qui est tout simplement du porc pan\u00e9 avec le m\u00eame proc\u00e9d\u00e9 que la recette version poulet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Traditionnellement cette sauce est faite avec de la sauce worcestershire mais en r\u00e9alisant qu&rsquo;elle se faisait rare dans les supermarch\u00e9s, j&rsquo;ai simplifi\u00e9 en la rempla\u00e7ant avec du vinaigre balsamique qui permettra d&rsquo;apporter l&rsquo;acide-doux recherch\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette int\u00e8gre une salade de chou chinois car je voulais apporter de la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 mais ne limitez pas votre imagination ou vos envies.
