Ce l\u00e9gume qu&rsquo;on assimile au go\u00fbt \u00e0 un fruit ou un bonbon acidul\u00e9, se pr\u00e9pare aussi bien en compote, en confiture, en sirop qu&rsquo;en bonne tarte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On est tout de suite attir\u00e9 par sa belle couleur rouge mais malheureusement celle-ci est d\u00e9shabill\u00e9 de sa belle robe qui s&rsquo;av\u00e8re \u00eatre amer. Le challenge de cette recette a \u00e9t\u00e9 de garder ce fameux rouge m\u00eame apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9pluchage. On pourrait choisir la solution de facilit\u00e9 en badigeonnant de sirop de grenadine ou m\u00eame en utilisant le colorant mais ici on privil\u00e8ge le bon comme le bon.
