A la cuisson la couleur vire plut\u00f4t au violet. On lui pr\u00eate \u00e9galement un gout de myrtilles mais mon palais n&rsquo;est peut-\u00eatre pas assez fin pour le noter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour accompagner le riz noir, j&rsquo;ai choisi le saumon qui sait mettre en valeur ce type de c\u00e9r\u00e9ale.
