La pastilla, ce plat venu du Maghreb est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un feuillet\u00e9 farci \u00e0 la volaille, aux \u0153ufs et \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Puisque l&rsquo;on passe du c\u00f4t\u00e9 sucr\u00e9, j&rsquo;ai voulu quand m\u00eame garder l&rsquo;identit\u00e9 orientale en utilisant 2 produits fr\u00e9quemment utilis\u00e9es dans la p\u00e2tisserie de cette r\u00e9gion : la pistache et l&rsquo;eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger. Le premier apporte une texture croquante en plus et son go\u00fbt de noix, quant \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau de fleur d&rsquo;oranger, son parfum tr\u00e8s distinctif va apporter du relief au dessert et de la fraicheur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 les fruits de mon choix mais comme d&rsquo;habitude, libre \u00e0 vous de changer.
