Velvety shrimp soup

A gathering of various flavors, that’s what I tried to do when creating this recipe.

A light but rich dish was also the idea of this recipe. Lemongrass and lime will bring freshness and enhance the flavor of shrimp, leek and spinach will give an extra texture and coconut milk, in addition to its flavour will bring this dose of lightness that will prevent you from unbuttoning your pants.

 1 ball of mozzarella
 2 chicken breasts
 1 onion
 1 clove of garlic
 1 teaspoon of chili (optional)
 1 teaspoon of paprika
 breadcrumbs

Cut the chicken breasts into pieces to make mixing easier.

Chop the onion and garlic clove.

Add salt, pepper, chilli and paprika.

With a blender, food processor or hand blender, mix everything.

To keep a good texture don't completely reduce the mixture to mash, keep small pieces of chicken.

Put a drop of oil in the palm of your hand and form the sticks.

Insert a piece of mozzarella and close the stick.

In a bowl whisk the egg into an omelette.

In another bowl add the breadcrumbs.

First, place the stick in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs.

In a deep fryer or large pan filled with hot oil, fry the sticks until golden.

Place them on a plate covered with paper towel to absorb the oil and enjoy!
