Pico de gallo is a simple Mexican recipe to make but filled with flavours. You’re going to have a lot of freedom to adjust this recipe to your tastes, either by adding ingredients like avocado or mango (yes her once again) or by limiting the spicy side by using only a chilli instead of 2.

Cut the tomatoes into small dice and add them to a bowl with salt to remove as much water as possible.
