Cookies come in all its forms (sandy, fluffy, crunchy…) which offers us plenty of possibilities to enjoy these treats but it becomes a problem when we want a specific texture.
For the fluffy-chewy cookies lovers, I found the perfect combination.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the flour and baking soda.
In another bowl, combine brown sugar, icing sugar and melted butter.
Then add the egg and whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Add the flour, baking powder mixture to the other mixture and combine.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Using an ice cream spoon or 2 tablespoons, form balls and place in 6 of them on a baking sheet or a silicone baking mat.
Bake for 13 minutes. It is important not to overcook them to stay chewy, if you feel they are undercooked, give them time to cool down.
